Crisis Communication Plan:

Each traveler is briefed and trained on our Crisis Communication Plan should any alerts need to be sent, travel threat updates or any other type of emergency communication needs to be sent due to uncertainty. Our Crisis Communications plan can be carried out via text messages, emails, phone calls or mobile applications from our GSOC.

Secure Options can facilitate or even provide direct emergency response services to our national or global traveler Clients should worst case scenario exist.  In majority of the instances a soft relocation is recommended to our Clients when encountering an at-risk situation. When emergencies do occur our GSOC coordinates with our Client as well one of our Executive Protection Team Leaders, who will be notified to begin our rapid planning process of any type of emergency response or extraction be needed.
